International Group Lesson
Target age 7 years old or older
Group lessons are offered by a group of customers who are at the same level as each other. We also offer groups for first-time participants. Let's hone your skills together with other members of the same group and create fun winter memories.
*There are two types of lessons: child lessons (7-12 years old) and adult lessons (13 years old and up).
*Days held are Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
*Prices shown include tax.

◾️Opening period
Scheduled to open on December 7, 2024
◾️Reservation procedures
The minimum number of students per group is 3. When you apply, you will be in the state of request (tentative reservation).
We will contact you via the reservation site as soon as the minimum number of participants is reached.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached by 3 days prior to the requested date, the lesson may not be held.
Reservations must be made in advance via the online reservation page.
Please note that we cannot accept reservations by phone or e-mail.
Please make a reservation by 5:00 p.m. three days prior to the desired date on the online reservation page.
If you wish to change your reservation, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
If you have any questions about the lesson, please feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone.
◾️ Payment
Payment for the lesson is required to confirm your reservation.
Please make the payment within 48 hours after you receive the email of approval of your request.
If you have not completed the payment procedure, your lesson reservation has not been confirmed yet.
Reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.
◾️Procedures on the day of the lesson
On the day of the lesson, please confirm your reservation at the school reception counter 30 minutes prior to the start of each lesson.
The meeting place for the lesson is in front of the school reception desk.
The counter is open from 8:30 to 09:30 a.m. and from 12:00 to 13:00 p.m.
Lift tickets and rental fees are not included in the price. Please prepare them if necessary.
Please prepare in advance if you need to rent a lift ticket.
◾️ Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation for reasons beyond the customer's control, the following cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Up to 7 days before the lesson date: 0%.
From 7 days to 72 hours before the lesson date 50% of the lesson cost
After 72 hours before the lesson, 100% of the lesson fee
In the event that the lesson cannot be held due to unavoidable reasons, such as the lifts not operating due to inclement weather or heavy snowfall, the lesson fee will be refunded via the website.

You may be able to apply for lessons on the same day depending on the availability of each lesson.
Please come to the school reception counter in the Abe Resort Center.
You can inquire by phone, but reservations and applications cannot be made.
If you would like a group lesson in Chinese, please write “Chinese preferred” in the remarks column.
If you are willing to take lessons in Japanese or English, please make a reservation directly.
Japanese lessons are only available in Japanese.
