Crayon Shinchan Kids School
Target age: 3-9 years old
Shin-chan School is a special lesson for children who are trying skiing for the first time. Children can learn to ski safely and happily on the dedicated indoor slopes and on the outdoor slopes with the use of the dedicated snow escalator. The lesson fee includes rental of skis, ski boots, and helmet, so all you need to bring is ski wear, gloves, and goggles and you are ready to go.

■ Lesson features
The items (educational materials) commonly installed on both indoor and outdoor slopes are like toys that capture the children's hearts. In fact, these items contain many secrets to help children improve their skiing. As children play with these items, they naturally learn correct posture, weight shift, and edging.
INFORMATION
What to bring: Face mask or mask, ski wear, goggles, knit hat, gloves, high socks.
*Goggles: Necessary in all weathers to protect your eyes from UV rays and snow.
*Skis, ski boots, and helmets are not required as we use our special teaching materials.
・Please wear ski wear on the day of the lesson.
・As you will be wearing a helmet, please prepare a hat without a pompom attached.
・Please wear breathable innerwear under your ski wear.
・To avoid discomfort inside the boots, please wear high socks instead of short ones.
・A neck warmer is useful for keeping your neck warm.
・If your child wears diapers, please bring a change of diapers.
・For repeat participants with a lesson card, please present it before the lesson.

Private Lesson
・Reservations can be made in advance through the online reservation page.
*Please note that we cannot accept reservations by phone or e-mail.
・Please make a reservation by 5:00 p.m. three days prior to your desired lesson date on the online reservation page.
*Reservations will be confirmed after payment is completed.
*Reservations for dates that cannot be selected will be closed.
*Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you need to make a reservation more than 3 days before your desired date. Please apply at the school reception counter. (Please note that the web discount is not applicable.)
・If there is no vacancy in the lesson slot, it will be put on request (tentative reservation).
*If there is no space available, you will be placed on a tentative reservation.
・If you wish to change your reservation, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
・Please contact us by e-mail or phone after your reservation is confirmed if you would like to designate an instructor.
*Please note that we may not be able to meet your request due to the instructor's schedule.

◾️ Payment
・Payment of the lesson fee is required to confirm the reserved lesson.
・Please complete the payment procedure after your application is completed.
・Please make your payment within 48 hours after receiving the payment e-mail.
・Please understand that lesson reservations that have not been paid for have not been confirmed yet.
・If payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
◾️Procedures on the day of the lesson
・On the day of the lesson, please confirm your reservation at the school reception counter 30 minutes prior to the start of each lesson.
・After confirming your reservation at the school counter, please go to the Crayon Shin-chan School indoor slope on the 1st floor of the plaza to use the restrooms, and please be there at least 20 minutes before the lesson start time.
・The lesson fee includes rental of skis, boots, and helmet, so rental is not necessary. (However, please bring your own wear, gloves, and goggles.)
*Counter Hours: 8:30 - 09:30 a.m., 12:00 - 13:00 p.m.
*For customers booking multiple days for private lessons, please complete the procedures on the first day only.
*Lift tickets are not included in the price. Please prepare them if necessary.
*If you need rental equipment, please prepare it in advance.
◾️ Cancellation Policy
・In the event of a cancellation for any reason, the following cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Up to 7 days before the lesson date: 0%.
From 7 days to 72 hours before the lesson date 50% of the lesson cost
After 72 hours before the lesson, 100% of the lesson fee
*In the event that the lesson cannot be held due to unavoidable reasons, such as the lifts not operating due to inclement weather or heavy snowfall, the lesson fee will be refunded via the website.
◾️Others
・You may be able to apply for lessons on the same day depending on the availability of each lesson.
*Please come to the school reception counter in the Abe Resort Center.
*You can inquire by phone, but reservations and applications cannot be made.
・To customers who have made a tentative reservation for a Shinchan lesson more than 9 days prior to the lesson date
We will make a decision on whether or not the lesson will be held at least 8 days prior to the lesson date.
We will contact you as soon as the decision is made.
If you have not heard from us 8 days prior to the lesson date, please contact us.
・Customers who make a tentative reservation 8 days to 3 days prior to Shinchan lesson date
Currently, we have a waiting list. We will contact you at least 2 days before the lesson date to let you know if the lesson is available or not.
