◾️Reservation Procedures
Reservations can be made in advance through the online reservation page.
In principle, we only accept online reservations.
Web discount does not apply to this course.
Deadline is one week in advance.
Reservations will be confirmed after payment is completed.
Reservations for dates that cannot be selected will be closed.
If there is no vacancy in the lesson slot, it will be put on request (tentative reservation).
If you have any questions about the lesson, please contact us by e-mail or phone.
◾️ About payment
Payment of the lesson fee is required to confirm the reserved lesson.
Please make payment by 3:00 p.m. on the next business day after the reservation application is completed.
In the case of a request, we will send you an invoice email as soon as the lesson slot is reserved. Please make payment by 3:00 p.m. on the next business day after we send you the invoice email.
Please understand that lesson reservations that have not been paid for are not yet confirmed.
If you do not make the payment within 48 hours after the reservation is made, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
◾️Procedures on the day of the lesson for customers with confirmed reservations
Lift tickets and rental fees are not included in the price. Please prepare them if necessary.
If you need to buy a lift ticket, please prepare it in advance.
◾️Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for any reason, we will charge you a cancellation fee based on our cancellation policy as follows.
Up to 8 days before the lesson date: 0%.
From 7 days to 72 hours before the lesson date 50% of the lesson cost
After 72 hours before the lesson, 100% of the lesson fee
In the event that the lesson cannot be held due to unavoidable reasons, such as the lifts not operating due to inclement weather or heavy snowfall, the lesson fee will be refunded via the website.

To pay by credit card, please select “Square” and enter your credit card information.If you cannot pay by credit card, please use Paypal* to make your payment.If you wish to make a direct deposit from your bank account or use a UnionPay card (not issued in Japan), please create a Paypal account and use it.
